We are all a part of nature; something, we conveniently forget. We must reconnect with the natural world. Our own lives are often highly pressured, and it is true that there are so many demands on our time but we do know that by making space for nature, we can defuse those stresses and maintain balance in life. 

If we  do not make nature a part of our lives, we stand to lose something so precious and our own lives will be the worse for it if this decline continues. 

The UK is one of the most nature depleted countries in the world and that is horrifying. Worse, one in six species here are at risk of extinction. Do we want to continue down this path? Or do we stand up for nature now?
